How long do I have to cancel my order?
You've got 30 Minutes to do so. If you decide to cancel after that time frame your order has already been sent to the fulfillment center and we are not able to do anything until your item/s reaches its destination. For more info contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change or cancel by sending an email?
No orders are final after 30 Minutes please be very careful when placing an order.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Currently, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. We are working extremely hard to manage the surprising demand of products from our lovely customers. :) Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in various locations. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
After you receive your tracking information please allow 1-8 days for the tracking number to update itself. If after 8 days it still doesn't work, contact us immediately at email@example.com
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 15 business days from the day you completed your payment.
When Will My Order Arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your parcel to arrive anywhere between the next 9-30 Business Days please be patient it will arrive.. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance through our checkout page.
We are not directly in control of how long delivery times my take, 9-30 Business days is the average. Some countries have much slower postal services which will lead to longer wait times for delievery meaning we can not guarantee delivery with in the time frame of 9-30 Days Business days. If your order is taking longer than 30 Business Days contact us to find out the status of your shipment. We cannot cancel an order that has been shipped to you.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible fordelays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it ismade available to us.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
